The Offer & Pricing

How do you determine what to offer for my car?
We look at the year, make, model, mileage, condition, title status, and current market demand for that vehicle and its parts or resale value. With 23 years of experience buying thousands of vehicles in Eastern NC, we have a strong sense of what's fair. We aim to give you a number that works for both of us.
Can the offer change after I submit?
The offer is based on the information you provide. If the vehicle matches your description when we arrive, we aim to honor the number we quoted. If we find something significantly different — major undisclosed damage, missing major components, a condition very different from what was described — we'll have an honest conversation with you before anything moves forward. We never spring a lower number on you without explaining why.
How long is my offer valid?
7 days from when we give you the number. Vehicle markets can shift, but we'll always work with you if you need a little more time. Just give us a call.
Is there any negotiation?
We do our best to give you our best offer upfront. If you've received a higher written offer from another buyer, you're welcome to share that with us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can match it. We don't play games or run a back-and-forth process.

Payment

When and how do I get paid?
You get paid at pickup — cash or check, right when we take the vehicle. Not after. Not in the mail. Not via a wire transfer you're waiting on. You sign the paperwork, we hand you the payment, we take the car.
Cash or check — which is it?
Both are available depending on the transaction. For smaller amounts, cash is common. For larger purchases, a check may be used. We'll confirm which method when we schedule your pickup so there are no surprises.
Are there any fees deducted from my payment?
Zero fees. What we offer is what you receive. No towing fees, no admin fees, no commissions. The offer is the final number, period.

Vehicle & Title

What types of vehicles do you buy?
Cars, sedans, trucks, pickups, SUVs, crossovers, vans, and commercial vehicles. Running or non-running, clean title or salvage, any mileage, any condition. If it has wheels, reach out and we'll give you a straight answer on whether we can make an offer.
Do I need a clean title?
No. We buy vehicles with salvage titles, rebuilt titles, and in many cases with no title at all. We also work with estate vehicles and lien situations. Call us at (252) 717-7255 and we'll tell you honestly what we can do in your specific situation.
My car doesn't run. Will you still buy it?
Yes. Non-running, won't start, needs to be towed — no problem. We bring our own equipment. Be honest about the condition in the form so we can give you an accurate offer.
What if the title isn't in my name?
This depends on the situation — inherited vehicle, recently purchased, etc. Give us a call and we'll walk through it with you. In some cases we can still proceed; in others you may need to get the title transferred first through the NCDMV.
Do you buy cars with mechanical issues or flood damage?
Yes. Blown engine, bad transmission, flood damage, fire damage, collision damage — we've bought all of it over 23 years. The condition affects the offer, but it doesn't stop us from making one. Describe it accurately and we'll give you a real number.

Pickup & Logistics

How fast can you pick up my car?
Most pickups are within 24–48 hours. Same-day is often available depending on location and schedule. If you're in a rush, call us directly at (252) 717-7255 and we'll tell you what we can do today.
Do you come to my location?
Yes, always. We come to your home, workplace, or any location that's convenient for you anywhere in our service area. You never have to haul your car to us.
Is towing free?
100% free. Pickup and towing are always included at no cost, regardless of your location within our service area or the condition of the vehicle.
What do I need to have ready for pickup?
The vehicle title (signed if you're ready to sell), your photo ID, and all sets of keys. Remove your license plates before we arrive — NC law requires you to return plates to the DMV, not transfer them to a buyer. Personal belongings should be cleared from the vehicle.
