All offers are subject to vehicle inspection and verification of the information provided. Offers are not binding until accepted by both parties and confirmed in writing or by telephone.
Offer validity: Cash offers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance, subject to market conditions. We reserve the right to revise an offer if market conditions change materially during this period.
Offer basis: All offers are based on the information provided by the seller regarding the vehicle's condition, mileage, title status, and other factors. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a revised offer upon inspection.
Inspection rights: SellCarNC reserves the right to inspect the vehicle prior to completing any purchase. If the vehicle's condition materially differs from what was represented, we reserve the right to modify or withdraw our offer before the transaction is completed.
No obligation: Submitting a form or receiving an offer does not obligate you to sell your vehicle. You may decline any offer at any time before the sale is complete.
By entering into a transaction with SellCarNC, you represent and warrant that:
You agree to sign the vehicle title and all required transfer documents at the time of vehicle pickup. In North Carolina, the seller is responsible for completing the title assignment section on the back of the title. The seller is also responsible for removing license plates from the vehicle and returning them to the NCDMV within 10 days of the sale, as required by North Carolina law.
Payment will be made at the time of vehicle pickup and title transfer. Payment method (cash or check) will be communicated in advance. SellCarNC is not responsible for any issues arising from your personal handling of funds after payment is made.
SellCarNC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid to you for your vehicle. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
SellCarNC is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle at the time of pickup. You are responsible for removing all personal items before transferring the vehicle.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website without our written permission.
The content on this website, including text, design, and code, is owned by CTE Digital LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
