1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SellCarNC (sellcarnc.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CTE Digital LLC, operating as SellCarNC.
2. Description of Services
- Cash offers for used, damaged, junk, or non-running vehicles
- Free vehicle pickup and towing within our service area
- Payment at time of vehicle transfer
- Title transfer and vehicle purchase documentation
All offers are subject to vehicle inspection and verification of the information provided.
3. Offer Terms
Offer validity: Cash offers are valid for 7 days from issuance.
Offer basis: All offers are based on information provided by the seller. Inaccurate information may result in a revised offer upon inspection.
Inspection rights: SellCarNC reserves the right to inspect the vehicle prior to completing any purchase. If condition materially differs from what was represented, we reserve the right to modify or withdraw our offer.
No obligation: Submitting a form does not obligate you to sell your vehicle.
4. Seller Representations
- You are the legal owner or authorized to sell the vehicle
- The vehicle is free from undisclosed liens
- All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You are 18 years of age or older
- The vehicle has not been reported stolen
5. Title Transfer
You agree to sign the vehicle title and all required transfer documents at pickup. The seller is responsible for removing license plates and returning them to the NCDMV within 10 days of the sale, as required by North Carolina law.
6. Payment
Payment will be made at the time of vehicle pickup and title transfer. SellCarNC is not responsible for issues arising from your personal handling of funds after payment is made.
7. Limitation of Liability
SellCarNC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you for your vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle at pickup.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
